Prettech offers customizable vinegar fermentation systems ranging from lab-scale 50L to production scale 100000L, ensuring a perfect fit for your vinegar production requirement.
With Pretank vinegar fermentation tank, you can produce low acetic acid 4%-15% with batch process,can also produce high acidity above 15% with continuous process.
Raw material can be fruits, honey,rice or high gravity alcohol, with these you can make fruit vinegar, rice vinegar or alcohol vinegar as you need.
This fermenter can also be used for making kombucha, which is a fermented tea with the similar process as acetic vinegar.
